Be ready to turn-in your completed Athletic Packet at orientation next week.  Check that your Packet includes a current Athletic Physical Form, your Transportation Fee, and every page has all Required Signatures. Upon turn-in, the Athletic Director will give you a Receipt that you must present to Coach Higgins. This receipt is your Clearance to practice.
