To be cleared for practice on August 16th, all players must submit a COMPLETED Athletic Packet to an Athletic Director.  Athletic Packets are available in the MCHS Main Office, or it is available to print (20 pp) by clicking the Special Delivery button to the left.

 

The most important, and most time sensitive, part of the Athletic Packet is the ATHLETIC PHYSICAL.  It is often difficult to get an appointment.  If you haven't already, you need to get your Athletic Physical taken care of NOW.

 

Completed Athletic Packets will be accepted by the Athletic Directors at your class orientation.
