Above this update you should see a square, orange icon with diagonal white lines and a link that reads "Subscribe to Posts".  By clicking this link, you will be able to add an icon on your "Favorites Bar" that will make it very quick and simple to check if there are any new updates. It takes less than 30 seconds to set-up.  Just click the link and follow the instructions, selecting "YES" when asked to add the feed to your Favorites Bar.

 

Keep in mind that your web browser probably has a default setting for checking feeds once every 24 hours.  You can change this setting very easily by opening the feed properties and adjusting it to check for new updates as frequently as you like.
